Hello
It’s nice to meet you!
I’m Lucki Kang, a genuine, warm, kind, caring woman who sees the good in people and situations. Having many roles in life, I am a multipotentialite. Being a Canadian-born woman with Punjabi-Indian heritage, I deeply understand the impact of culture on our identities and work. I speak English as well as Punjabi, and Hindi.
I’m owning my neurodiversity and loving my authentic self. My gift is that I’m relational, creative, and think like there is no box.
Since I am genuine in my approach, I create belonging and believe in facilitating connections when supporting people and systems.
My social work career found me over 3 decades ago and what a journey it’s been! I’ve been so privileged to learn, grow and contribute through connecting with people across cultures and the lifespan.
My career has been rich with mobility from front line social work and leadership in healthcare and social work education, program and policy development, clinical student supervision, conference development to interdisciplinary teaching in career development, communications, and international student support locally and internationally.
I thrive on change and am an expert on stepping into vulnerability as I connect my diverse experience and commitment to equity, social justice and inclusion to build brave spaces for accessible, personal and professional development through Lets LYNK Connections.
